At first Common Objects held a fluid membership, though recent years have seen the line-up settle to six musicians – five of whom will appear at hcmf// this year, testing the inventiveness of this dynamic ensemble.
Composer in Residence Lina Lapelyté presents the UK Premiere of Study of Slope, inviting listeners to experience a polyphony of individual and unique expressions while shaping and celebrating a collective voice.
Décollage is a second presentation by Marie Roux, Pierre Berthet, Angharad Davies, Billy Steiger, Rie Nakajima together.
